JIPAD 2016
Each of the 12 students in the 2015-2016 class of the ISAM-IPAD training program carried out a study of an innovation for a sustainable food. The studies were the subject of videos and written summaries presented and discussed on 7 April 2016 in four thematic workshops and a round table discussion:
- One for all and all for one: are we more sustainable together?
- Sustainable food, accessible for everyone?
- When our trash is full of resources, what do we do?
- Production systems 2.0?
- When institutions get involved!
